Vincent Jelani is the Chairman of Crux Holdings with 20 years of experience serving institutional investors, corporations and family offices. A forward-thinking business leader possessing both strategic thought leadership and execution discipline.

Throughout his career, Mr. Jelani has worked with several Global 500 corporations, with the development of their strategic plans and their execution with an emphasis on real estate, healthcare, and finance; structuring of over $1 billion worth of assets. Prior to Crux Holdings, Mr. Jelani was the Managing Director of the Jelani Asset Management Group, at Merrill Lynch, and Portfolio Manager within the Personal Investment Advisory Platform of Merrill Lynch. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. Jelani served as a Vice President of three internationally recognized multi-billion dollar corporations.

Mr. Jelani is a member of the Board of Directors for PVBLIC Foundation and Fundación PVBLIC (“PVBLIC”), Latino Leaders Board of Directors (the “LATAM Board”), and Latino Impact Summit, to lead and inspire this group of outstanding entrepreneurs, philanthropist, social changes, intellectuals, and dignitaries; all from the Latin America region. With contribution towards the future growth of PVBLIC to continue to expand globally with a core focus on Latin America; using “Media as The New Currency” to help develop a new agenda in the LATAM region and work with nonprofits and social impact organizations to create a better world in direct alignment with the sustainable development goals of the United Nations.

Mr. Jelani is an Ambassador of Nexus Global Summit. Nexus is a global network dedicated to bridging communities of wealth, philanthropy, social entrepreneurship, and impact investing; with over three thousand members across seventy countries.

Mr. Jelani is an Advisory Board Member for Veterinarians International. Veterinarians International’s mission is to enhance the health of humans, animals, and the environment by using sound veterinary care and expertise. Vets International believes that we all must work together to achieve mutual well-being. In fact, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that about 75% of recently emerging diseases and more than 60% of all human diseases originate in animals. Thus, improving animal health will dramatically improve human health.

As a son of a former professor, author and a former United Nations Research Director for Tuberculosis, Vincent traveled extensively throughout the world with his family. Visiting many countries exposed Vincent and his six siblings to poor living conditions. Personally, coming in contact with families facing numerous struggles left lasting impressions that continue to spark Vincent and his family’s desire to improve the lives of individuals on a grand scale.

Mr. Jelani holds an MBA from George Washington University and BA from Harvard University, both with honors. Also, he has completed three executive education programs: Leadership and Management Program and the Private Wealth Management Program, both at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Business; and the Advanced Investment Management Program at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Mr. Jelani resides with his family in Monterrey, Mexico. .
